- Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are initiated within 3 business days.
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled

- Can return the items if Defective or Non Defective in 6 days from date of delivery
- Items shall be returned in original packaging and refund will be processed in 7 - 10 business working days
